Kota Kinabalu / Kinabalu Park / Meislau
12.30pm Meet at hotel lobby (or airport) and transfer to Kinabalu Park headquarter. The journey will take approximately 2 hours. En route passing by villages and a panoramic vista of the valleys of the Crocker Range. On arrival, experience the cool fresh air and the natural ambience of the Park. Transit by KOKTAS to Mesilau, Mesilau Nature Park, on the Mesilau plateau en route be captivated by the spectacular views of the Kundasang valley, and parts of the scenic beauty of the Kundasang Mt. Kinabalu Golf Course, a challenging 18-hole golf course for avid golfers, undeniably, the highest golf course in South East Asia.

Meislau / Mount Kinabalu
0700hrs breakfast at Resort, after breakfast start climbing via Mesilau Trail.
The trek will pass by different vegetation zones from Oak and Chestnut to mossy and eventually to alpine type of vegetations.

Mount Kinabalu / Kota Kinabalu
02.30am Early morning ascent to the summit of Mount Kinabalu (4092.50 meter above sea level).
Upon reaching the summit (Low's Peak), an opportunity to take photographs on the highest point in South East Asia. In clear weather, a spectacular sunrise awaits weary climbers.
Retrace route back to Laban Rata Rest house and onward descent to Timpohon gate where transport will take you to the Park HQ to collect your achievement certificate.

Special note:-
It is recommended that all climbers should have themselves medically checked before attempting any mountain climb. If you have a history of suffering from the following ailments, it is highly recommend that you should refrain from climbing: Hypertension, Diabetes, Palpitation, Arthritis, Heart disease, severe anemia, Peptic ulcers, Epileptic fits, Obesity (overweight), Chronic asthma, Muscular cramps, Hepatitis (jaundice); or any other disease which may hamper the climber.
It is advisable to book this tour two to three months before actual/expected date of climbing to avoid disappointment. Due to its popularity, there are usually limited accommodation at the Laban Rata rest house/hut near the summit, where climbers are required to stay overnight before an early morning ascent to the peak on the next day.
